Accommodation
Initially operating as a mushroom farm, the buildings have been transformed into unique self-catering units, which accommodate 55 people in the 2 houses, 5 cottages and 2 upmarket BnB units; The Apartment and Loft.
The cottages sleep 4 people, the Round House sleeps 12, the Falls House sleeps 15, The Apartment sleeps 4 and The Loft , 4. Each unit is self-contained and fully furnished with 100% cotton linen and an equipped kitchen.
Staying with us is a retreat that benefits from its proximity to the vibrant community. All of the units are a short stroll to the Tunnels where artisans procure shops, restaurants, gym and community garden.
The farm is surrounded by the best mountain biking and trail running routes in South Africa and is an ideal starting point for wonderful day trips exploring all the Midlands Meander has to offer.
THE COTTAGES
We have five Cottages.
They all have 2 bedrooms which have 2 single beds in one room and a king bed in the other. The King bed can be converted into two singles.
4 cottages have 1 bathroom with a shower. 1 cottage has 1 bathroom with a bath and shower overhead.
Each cottage has an open plan lounge/ kitchen area and a veranda out the front.
100% cotton bedding and bath towels are provided, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, a braai and WIFI.
THE APARTMENT
Sleeps 4 people. Breakfast Included.
Open plan kitchen and living area with a private terraced courtyard. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed & an en suite bathroom. The second bedrooms has two single beds that can be placed together. The second bathroom is accessible from the living area.
This unique stay is fully equipped with everything you need and more. 100% cotton bedding and bath towels are provided and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. There is also braai facilities as well as your own grazing garden to use during your stay.

THE LOFT
Sleeps 4 people. Breakfast Included.
Situated above the & KIN Event venue, this space has the best views on the property.
This unique, upmarket apartment sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living area. 100% cotton bedding and bath towels are provided, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
A mix of vintage and modern furnishings, as well as furniture designed in-house, lead the creative direction within the industrial architectural style.
Important things to note:
The Loft is only accessible via a staircase, and thus not wheelchair accessible.
Staying in the Loft is an Urban-Rural experience. There may be an event on in the building below while you are staying in the loft. Events won't run past 9pm.
The gym is situated close to the building, and operates from Monday-Saturday. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday their classes start at 5am.
THE FALLS HOUSE
Sleeps 15 people.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a queen bed.
3 bedrooms have twin beds that can be placed together
1 bedroom is a big dorm-type area with 7 beds.

100% cotton bedding and bath towels are provided, there is an open fireplace in the lounge and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. There is also braai facilities.
Rates
The Cottages, Falls House and Round House
Friday, Saturday and Sunday + weekday season rate: R450 pppn
Out of season weekday (Monday - Thursday): R400 pppn
Children under 12 years: R322pppn
Babies under 2 years are free of charge
If there are less than 5 people wanting to book the Falls House or the Round House, there is a minimum charge.

0-14 days before arrival/no show - full deposit may be retained
