THE OLD MUSHROOM FARM
STORY

What was once a working mushroom farm has been transformed into a unique lifestyle destination. Over the last few decades, the farm has gone through many evolutions, but it’s in the past few years that The Old Mushroom Farm has truly come into its own.

Led by ex-mushroom farmer, architect and artist Nick Crooks, the property is now a contemporary artisanal environment. Mushroom growing tunnels, a farm shed and packing rooms have been renovated into a vibrant mix of artisan studios, shops, eateries, conference and event spaces, gardens, and unique holiday accommodation.

The Old Mushroom Farm offers an abundance of outdoor spaces to explore. Head out for a walk on our trail, let the kids loose in the play area, and harvest seasonal produce from the community food garden.
