How to Book Direct at The Old Mushroom Farm Accommodation

We know—waiting for a reply to your accommodation inquiry can be frustrating. The truth is, we’re a small team (with a lot going on) and we don’t always get to messages right away. But it’s not because we don’t care—promise!

We've created this how-to guide, so you can check accommodation availability and book instantly for your Old Mushroom Farm getaway.

The good news is, you don’t have to wait! You can check availability and book your accommodation directly on our website.

Step-by-Step: Booking Your Stay at The Old Mushroom Farm Directly Online

1. Visit our website: Head to theoldmushroomfarm.co.za and hover over the “Accommodation” tab at the top of the page.

   

2. Browse your options: Hover over the 'accommodation' tab to view our accommodation types (eg. Boutique Apartments, The Loft etc). Click on a unit that interests you to explore details and see some pictures. To check availability, click on “Book Your Stay”.

   
   

3. Check availability: You’ll be redirected to our secure booking platform, nightsbridge.com 

   • Select your dates in the top left corner.

   • Click “Check Availability” to see what’s open during your chosen time.

   • Only units that are available on those dates will display.

   •  Don't be afraid to click around and try out different dates and accommodation options on Nightsbridge. Your booking won't be captured until you've filled in your personal details.

   

4. Select and book

   • Found something you like? Click “View Rates and Book.”

   • Choose the number of units need. For example, if you're a group of 7 people you'll need to select 2 cottages that sleep 4pax each. (This is applicable to the Boutique Apartments or Cottages).

   • Click “Book Now.”

   • Add the number of guests, then scroll down to enter your personal details.

   

5. Confirm your booking

   • Under “Payment Option,” select “Bank Transfer.” (the only option 😋).

   • Review the Terms & Conditions.

   • Click “Confirm Booking.”

     
     

You’ll receive a confirmation email from Nightsbridge with our banking details. To secure your booking, please make a 50% deposit via EFT using the booking number provided as your payment reference—this helps us track your payment easily. The remaining balance is due one week before your stay. Once the deposit reflects, your booking is confirmed and we’ll be ready to welcome you to The Old Mushroom Farm.

And its as easy as that! You don't need to wait for us to tell you if the Tunnel Apartment is available for your birthday weekend, and how many friends can join you. It's all on our website, along with pictures of the spaces and descriptions of amenities. Take a look.
